Orders leave within 1–3 business days, and most arrive 4–9 business days after that. Each product page shows the expected arrival dates for an order placed today.

Nothing: tracked shipping to the US is free on every order.

No. Any import duties are covered by us, so there's nothing to pay at the door. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, don't pay it: contact us and we'll sort it out.

We email you the tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time on Track your order with your order number and email.

Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change the address. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Items in one order sometimes ship separately. Each parcel has its own tracking, and we email you about each one.

If the tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 25 business days after it left, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a refund.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send it back.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us first for the return address; the return postage is on you.

Within 5 business days of approval, back to the way you paid. Your bank may take a further 5–10 days to show it.
