Shipping Policy

We ship to the United Kingdom and Australia. Every order ships with tracking.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, particularly during peak periods or customs delays.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders unless shown otherwise at checkout.
Duties and taxes
Prices include any VAT (UK) or GST (Australia) due on your order. You won't be asked to pay extra import charges on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, don't pay it — contact us and we'll resolve it.
Where we ship from
Our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which may be outside your country. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 25 business days after dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Address changes
Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change your address. After your order is processed we may not be able to redirect it.
